摘要
目的:探究喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年3月在某院就诊的手足口病患者56例为研究对象,根据电脑随机盲选法,分为治疗组和对照组各28例,对照组使用利巴韦林治疗,治疗组联合使用喜炎平注射液、蓝芩口服液治疗,比较两组临床疗效及免疫功能变化情况。结果:治疗组发热、疱疹、呕吐、食欲不佳、精神萎靡等症状改善时间与对照组相比,明显更短(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的hs-CRP、CD^(19+)水平与对照组相比,明显更低(P<0.05),其CD^(3+)水平与对照组相比,明显更高(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率与对照组相比,明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病的疗效理想,可显著缩短病程,降低血清炎症因子水平,促进机体免疫功能恢复,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xiyanping injection and Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease and its influence on immune function.Methods:Fifty-six patients with hand,foot and mouth disease who were treated in a hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the computerized random blind selection method,they were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received ribavirin treatment,and the treatment group was given Xiyanping injection combined with Lanqin oral liquid,then the clinical efficacy and immune function changes between the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement time of symptoms such as fever,herpes,vomiting,poor appetite,and listlessness in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP and CD^(19+) levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD^(3+) level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping injection combined with lanqin oral liquid has an ideal curative effect in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.It can significantly shorten the course of the disease,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of the body's immune function,which has high clinical application value.
