摘要
"界面"的本义是指物体与物体间的接触面,而信息技术兴盛背景下人机交互界面术语的出现,才使得"界面"一词进入大众话语。人机界面中的"界面"隐喻从交互方式、二者关系和实践指向三个维度,扩展了界面的原初含义。人机界面之"界面"内涵的三层扩展同样适用于公众—政府界面:公众与政府间的交互不限于政务大厅似的物理空间内,而是一种复杂的多形态交互;二者的交互应当强调以界面一侧的公众为导向;界面研究的实践指向在于对公众—政府间的交互进行界面设计、界面优化或界面重构。人机界面从"操作界面"到"用户界面"到"人本界面"的变迁过程,对公众与政府交互的范式创新也有着深刻的仿真效应。
Originally,the term"interface"refers to the surface two objects meet.With the rise of information technology,the term of"human-computer interface"pushes the word"interface"into public discourse,and expands its original meaning from three dimensions:the way of interaction,the relationship between two sides,and emphasis on practice.To introduce the term and perspective of"interface"into Public Administration would be a metaphorical reconstruction based on human-computer interface.Three dimensions in human-computer interface is also applicable to the public-government interface:the interaction is not limited to a physical space,but a complex multi-dimensional interaction;the interaction should be oriented to the public side;the aim of interface research is to design,optimize or reconstruct the interaction.Finally,the changing process of human-computer interface from"operation interface","user interface",to"human-oriented interface"also has a profound simulation effect on the innovation of the interaction between the public and government.
