摘要
本文在研究校企联合培养模式的基础上,构建“政产校”双层三螺旋模型,打破旧的以学校为中心的校企联合培养模式的壁垒,将学校和企业作为联合培养模式的双核心,建立以政府、企业、学校为外部三螺旋,以及以科研能力、应用能力、职业素养为内部三螺旋的新的协同关系模式,使其形成相互渗透、缠绕的螺旋互动式耦合模式,进而促进经管类研究生校企联合培养模式的改革创新。
Based on the study of the school-enterprise joint training model,this paper constructs the"government-industry-school"double-layer triple helix model to break the barriers of the old school-centered school-enterprise joint training model,and regard schools and enterprises as the dual of the joint training model.The core is to establish a new collaborative relationship model with government,enterprises,and schools as the external triple helix,and scientific research ability,application ability,and professionalism as the internal triple helix,so as to form a spiral interactive coupling mode of mutual penetration and entanglement,and then promote the reform and innovation of the school-enterprise joint training model for postgraduates in economics and management.
