摘要
在对石化企业环保管理业务范畴和业务特点分析的基础上,基于业务主线进行石化企业数字化环保管理系统的设计与研发,支持项目建设期环保管理,涵盖在役运行阶段污染物源头削减、过程管控与末端治理,支撑环保监督考核与综合决策,形成顺应石化企业环保管理业务发展的整体解决方案。将该系统应用于某石化集团环保管理的数字化升级,取得较好成效。
Based on the analysis of business scope and business characteristics of environmental protection management in petrochemical enterprises,the design and development of digital environmental protection management system in petrochemical enterprises are carried out according to the main line of business,which can prop up environmental protection management during project construction period,cover pollutant source reduction,process control and terminal treatment during in-service operation stage,support environmental protection supervision and assessment and comprehensive decision-making,and form overall solution that conforms to the development of environmental protection management business in petrochemical enterprises.The system was applied to the digital upgrading of environmental protection management in a petrochemical group,and achieved good results.
