壳聚糖负载磁性纳米零价铜的制备及其催化还原活性 被引量:1

摘要 以壳聚糖-铁(Ⅱ)-铜(Ⅱ)络合物为前驱体,通过水热法制备了壳聚糖负载磁性纳米零价铜(mZVC/CS)材料,并将其用于催化NaBH4还原水中4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)及亚甲基蓝(MB)。XRD、XPS、SEM和TEM表征结果显示,所制备的mZVC/CS材料主要由CS负载的Fe3O4及Cu0纳米颗粒组成。实验结果表明:在污染物的还原过程中,mZVC/CS对还原剂NaBH4具有显著的催化作用,且mZVC/CS中的Cu0组分对催化起主导作用;当mZVC/CS投加量为0.5 g/L、NaBH4投加量为2.0 mmol/L、初始溶液pH为3.0~9.0时,初始质量浓度为20 mg/L的4-NP(30 min内)和MB(5 min内)几乎可被完全去除;溶液中的共存阴离子对4-NP的还原有较大的抑制作用;mZVC/CS重复使用10次后依然具有较高的催化活性。 The chitosan-supported magnetic zero-valent copper(mZVC/CS)material was prepared by hydrothermal method using chitosan-Fe(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)complex as precursor,and was used to catalyze NaBH4 to reduce 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)and methylene blue(MB)in water.XRD,XPS,SEM and TEM characterization results show that the prepared mZVC/CS material was mainly composed of Fe3O4 and Cu0 nanoparticles supported by CS.The experiment results show that:In the process of pollutants reduction,mZVC/CS has a significant catalytic effect on reduction agent NaBH4,and Cu0 component in mZVC/CS plays a leading role in catalysis;When the mZVC/CS dosage is 0.5 g/L,the NaBH4dosage is 2 mmol/L and the initial pH is 3.0-9.0,4-NP and MB with 20 mg/L of initial mass concentration can be almost removed in 30 min and 5 min,respectively;The coexisting anions in solution have negative effect on 4-NP reduction;mZVC/CS can maintain the high catalytic activity after reuse for 10 times.
