摘要
以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体,通过柠檬酸络合浸渍法制备了堇青石负载SmCoO3钙钛矿型催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、XPS、BET和H2-TPR技术对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了催化剂焙烧温度、SmCoO3负载量和空速对催化剂催化氧化甲苯活性的影响。结果表明:焙烧温度为600℃、负载量为10%的催化剂对甲苯的催化氧化活性最好,这可能归因于其较高的氧含量、较大的表面n(Co^(3+))∶n(Co^(2+))以及较好的低温活性;催化剂的活性随空速的增大而降低;在反应温度为350℃、空速为2400 mL/(g·h)的条件下,30 h的甲苯转化率保持在95%左右,表明该催化剂具有良好的催化稳定性。
Cordierite honeycomb ceramic is used as a carrier,and a citric acid complexing impregnation method is adopted to prepare the cordierite supported SmCoO3 perovskite type catalyst.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,BET,and H2-TPR.The effects of calcination temperature,SmCoO3 loading amount and space velocity on the catalytic activity of the catalyst to toluene oxidization were investigated.The results show that:The catalyst prepared under 600℃of calcination temperature and 10%of SmCoO3 loading amount exhibites the highest catalytic oxidation activity,which can be ascribed to its higher oxygen concentration,larger n(Co^(3+))∶n(Co^(2+))on the surface and the better activity at low-temperature;The catalyst activity decreased with the increase of space velocity;The toluene conversion is maintained at about 95%for 30 h at a reaction temperature of 350℃and a vacancy rate of 2400 mL/(g·h),indicating that the catalyst has good catalytic stability.
