摘要
目的赋予聚羟基丁酸-羟基己酸酯(PHBH)包装膜优良的抗静电性能,使其在包装领域具有更广泛的应用。方法通过抗坏血酸(Vc)还原氧化石墨烯(GO),制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/PHBH包装膜,探讨包装膜的阻氧、防紫外及抗静电性能。结果包装膜的氧气透过量最低可达到20 cm^(3)/(cm^(2)·d·Pa),紫外光透过率均小于40%,表面电阻由纯膜的29 GΩ大幅下降至0.25 MΩ。结论与纯PBBH包装膜相比,RGO/PHBH复合包装膜的阻氧及抗紫外性能较高,并具有优良的抗静电性能。
In order to enhance the antistatic performance of Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate)(PHBH)packaging film and broaden the application in packaging field,RGO/PHBH packaging film was prepared by the reduction of graphene oxide using ascorbic acid(Vc).The structure and properties of the reduced packaging film were tested.The results showed that the oxygen transmittance of RGO/PHBH packaging film could reach 20 cm^(3)/(cm^(2)·d·Pa).And the UV transmittance was less than 40%.More importantly,the surface resistivity decreased from 29 GΩto 0.25 MΩ,which proved the excellent antistatic electricity of RGO/PHBH packaging film.
