摘要
目的研究我国渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流的发展现状,分析其在未来发展中的主要方向。方法总结我国渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流的发展现状,包括渔业产量规模,冷冻冷藏设施和冷链物流中心建设,冷链物流信息化和标准化建设等,并对仓储保鲜和冷链物流发展面临的设施设备不足、水产品损耗高等主要问题进行阐述。对渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流未来的发展方向进行展望,以期为完善渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流发展提供参考意见。结论虽然我国渔业产量逐年增加,但我国渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流设施的建设却跟不上需求,我国渔业仓储保鲜和冷链物流还有很大的发展空间。
The work aims to explore the current development status of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China,and analyze its main directions in the future development.Therefore,this paper summarized the current development status of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China,including the scale of fishery pro-duction,the construction of refrigerating facilities and cold chain logistics center,and the cold chain logistics informatio-nization and standardization.Then the main problems faced by the development of fisheries storage-preservation as well as cold chain logistics were illustrated,such as lack of facilities and equipment in the cold logistics and high consumption of aquatic products.Finally,the future development direction of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics was envisioned,with a view to provide reference opinions for improving the development of fisheries sto-rage-preservation and cold chain logistics.The fishery production in China is increasing year by year,but the construction of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China cannot keep up with the demand.Therefore,there is still a lot of room for the development of fisheries storage-preservation and cold chain logistics in China.
