基于多曲线联动查询的核桃粉新鲜度无接触检测技术

摘要 针对人们对食物健康程度高要求与实验室检测复杂耗时的现状,通过研究核桃粉新鲜度与过氧化物含量的关系,利用实验得出的核桃粉过氧化物温湿度与时间对应数据,得出不同温度下过氧化物含量随时间变化的关系曲线。考虑到核桃粉在实际存储过程中温度不断变化,提出了多曲线联动查询方法。通过研制的温湿度检测与时间记录装置,结合多曲线联动查询数据处理技术,完成了核桃粉新鲜度实时检测与呈现系统研究。经测试,系统运行稳定,数据准确可靠,为人们实时便捷了解核桃粉新鲜度提供了可行方法。 In view of the current situation of people’s high requirements for food health and complicated and timeconsuming laboratory testing, by studying the relationship between the freshness of walnut powder and peroxide content, using the experimentally obtained walnut powder peroxide temperature, humidity and time corresponding data. The relationship curve of peroxide content with time at different temperatures is drawn. Considering that the temperature of walnut powder changes continuously during the actual storage process, a multi-curve linkage query method is proposed. Through the developed temperature and humidity detection and time recording device, combined with the multi-curve linkage query data processing technology, the real-time detection and presentation system of walnut powder freshness has been completed. After testing, the system is stable and the data is accurate and reliable, providing a feasible method for people to understand the freshness of walnut powder in real time.
