MMP19基因在5个猪群体内的多态性分析

摘要 试验采用PCR-RFLP技术分析猪基质金属蛋白酶19基因(MMP 19基因)多态性,并检测该基因在杜洛克、长白、大白、申农和梅山猪共501头猪群体内的基因型频率和等位基因频率。结果表明,MMP 19基因在5个猪群体内呈现不同基因型。MMP 19基因在杜洛克、长白和梅山猪群体内检测出TT、TC和CC共3种基因型。在大白猪和申农猪群体内检测出TC和CC基因型。在杜洛克群体内的基因型频率:TT为0.01、TC为0.41、CC为0.58;在长白猪群体内的基因型频率:TT为0.01、TC为0.44、CC为0.55;在梅山猪群体内的基因型频率:TT为0.03、TC为0.84、CC为0.13;在大白猪群体的基因型频率:TC为0.03、CC为0.97;在申农猪群体内的基因型频率:TC为0.40、CC为0.60。除在梅山猪外,在其余4个猪群体内CC型为优势基因型;在5个猪群体内C等位基因为优势等位基因。 In this study,PCR-RFLP was used to analyze the polymorphism of porcine MMP 19 gene and detect genotype frequency and allele frequency of this gene in a total population of 501 pigs in Duroc,Landrace,Large White,Shen Nong and Mei Shan.The results showed that MMP 19 gene presented different genotypes in five pig groups.TT,TC and CC genotypes were detected in Duroc,Landrace and Mei Shan groups.Only TC and CC genotypes were detected in Large White groups and Shen Nong groups.Genotype frequencies in Duroc groups were TT(0.01),TC(0.41)and CC(0.58).Genotype frequency in Landrace groups:TT(0.01),TC(0.44)and CC(0.55).Genotype frequencies in Mei Shan pig groups were TT(0.03),TC(0.84)and CC(0.13).Genotype frequencies in Large White groups were TC(0.03)and CC(0.97).Genotype frequencies in Shen Nong groups were TC(0.40)and CC(0.60).The polymorphism of MMP 19 gene showed CC genotype was the dominant genotype in four pig groups except Mei Shan.The C allele was the dominant allele in five pig groups.
