摘要
将M40J碳纤维以两种编织结构(三维正交和叠层缝合)织成预制体,用真空气压浸渗法制备C_(f)/Al复合材料,分别对两种结构的含缺口试样及相同尺寸的光滑试样进行拉伸力学性能试验,通过SEM、TEM对材料的微观组织和界面特征进行观察分析,研究两种编织结构C_(f)/Al复合材料含缺口试样的拉伸性能,讨论缺口对复合材料性能的影响以及不同编织结构的复合材料对缺口的敏感程度。结果表明,缺口使两种编织结构的C_(f)/Al复合材料拉伸性能均明显减弱,三维正交C_(f)/Al复合材料缺口试样的抗拉强度较光滑试样下降了141.3 MPa,降幅约为23.7%,其缺口拉伸敏感系数为1.31;叠层缝合C_(f)/Al复合材料缺口试样的抗拉强度较光滑试样下降了121.8 MPa,降幅约为28.9%,缺口拉伸敏感系数为1.41。叠层缝合结构对缺口较三维正交结构更为敏感。
The carbon fiber M40 J was woven with two braided structures(3 D orthogonal and laminated stitch),and the C_(f)/Al composites were prepared by vacuum pressure infiltration method.Tensile tests were carried out on notched specimens and smooth specimens with the same size.Microstructure and interface characteristics of the composites were observed and analyzed by SEM and TEM.The tensile properties of two kinds of braided C_(f)/Al composites with notches were investigated,and the influence of notches on the properties of composites and the sensitivity of composites with different braided structures to notches were analyzed.The results show that the tensile properties of C_(f)/Al composites with two kinds of braided structures are obviously weakened due to the notches.The tensile strength of notched specimens of 3 D orthogonal C_(f)/Al composites is decreased by 141.3 MPa compared with that of smooth specimens to about 23.7%,and its notch tensile sensitivity coefficient is 1.31.The tensile strength of notched specimens of laminated stitch C_(f)/Al composites is decreased by 121.8 MPa compared with that of smooth specimens about 28.9%,and its notch tensile sensitivity coefficient is 1.41.The laminated stitch structure is more sensitive to the notches than the 3 D orthogonal structure.
