摘要
通过对某多层建筑物加层后整楼安全性鉴定,给出该建筑物静力工况下安全性鉴定评级,并进行了抗震性能分析。针对抗震不足之处进行了相应的加固处理,以满足该楼作为公共用房—酒店的安全使用要求。
Through the safety appraisal of a multi-building after adding floors,the safety rating of the building under static working condition is given,and the anti-seismic performance is analyzed.In order to meet the safety requirements of the building as a public hotel,corresponding reinforcement treatments was carried out for the anti-seismic deficiency.
