摘要
为满足除盐水制备系统的工艺要求,热电厂通常设置生水加热系统。常规生水加热系统使用蒸汽对原水进行加热升温,蒸汽与原水换热的温差较大,不利于机组热经济性的提高。为此提出一种利用热网循环水回水对原水加热的新型生水加热系统,可利用热网循环水回水余热,换热温差小,利于机组热经济性提高。按照300 t/h补水量计算,每年可增加收益1.65×105元,具有显著的经济效益,推荐具备条件的热电厂采用。
In order to meet the operation requirements form the demineralized water preparation system,a raw water heating system will be equipped for a thermal power plant.A common raw water heating system is to use auxiliary steam heating.But the temperature difference of the raw water and auxiliary steam is big and is not good for improving the unit thermal efficiency.So this paper proposed a new raw water heating system,which can use the circulating backwater for heat distribution system to heat the raw water.The residual heat of the circulating backwater for heat distribution system can be used,and the heat exchange temperature difference is small,which is beneficial to the improvement of the heat economy of the unit.If the make-up water flow is 300 t/h,the annual income can be increased by 1.65×105 yuan,which has significant economic benefits and is recommended for thermal power plants with conditions.
