摘要
物流与供应链管理课程是工商管理学科的核心课程,该门课程对实践的要求很高,传统的实践教学模式主要有:行业运作实践视频、行业实践案例、啤酒游戏、实践软件仿真模拟、企业参观模式等,由于工商管理类学生人数多,这些实践模式在实际操作的时候,容易陷入走马观花等问题。文章通过分析当前的实践模式现状与问题的基础上,提出该门课程可以采取的实践模式有:企业现场实践模式、邀请案例公司高管参与案例讨论或者线上+线下结合的模式、结合行业公司通过举办实践大赛模式、多公司的参与模式等。
The course of logistics and supply chain management is the core course of business administration branch,this course highly requires for practice,the traditional practice teaching modes mainly include:industry operation practice video,industry practice case,beer game,practice software simulation,enterprise visiting mode,etc,as there are lots of students of the business administration,it is easy to fall into such problem as looking at the flowers on a horse.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the practice modes,this paper puts forward that the practice modes of the course can be adopted:practice mode of enterprise spot,inviting company executives of case to participate in case discussion or online+offline combination mode,combining with the industry company by holding practice competition mode,multi companies participation mode,etc.
