摘要
目的研究伐昔洛韦联合红光治疗带状疱疹的临床价值。方法142例带状疱疹患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组71例。对照组予以盐酸伐昔洛韦片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用红光照射治疗。比较两组患者结痂时间、疱疹愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组结痂时间(5.92±1.41)d、疱疹愈合时间(6.94±1.57)d以及疼痛消失时间(7.97±1.31)d均短于对照组的(8.19±1.62)、(9.15±1.22)、(9.55±1.39)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率98.59%高于对照组的88.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者予以伐昔洛韦联合红光治疗能促进患者病情改善,且这一治疗方案效果更理想,安全性较高,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To study the clinical value of valaciclovir combined with red light in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 142 patients with herpes zoster were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valacyclovir hydrochloride,and the research group was treated with red light on the basis of the control group.The scab time,herpes healing time,pain disappearance time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scab time(5.92±1.41)d,herpes healing time(6.94±1.57)d and pain disappearance time(7.97±1.31)d of the research group were shorter than(8.19±1.62),(9.15±1.22)and(9.55±1.39)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.59%of the research group was higher than 88.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of valaciclovir and red light can promote the rapid improvement of symptoms of patients with herpes zoster,and this treatment is more effective and safe.It is worthy of clinical application.
