摘要
中国企业一直致力于安全生产,但受到技术水平的限制,虽然国家已经明确规范了安全生产的标准,但在实际生产过程中,与国家规范的标准还存在一些差距。聚酯工厂作为危险系数较高的工厂类型,在生产过程中的物料使用以及人员操作都成为影响安全生产的危险源,其安全生产更加成为安全生产管理的重点。文章以聚酯工厂为研究对象,以安全综合评价法为主要方法,了解聚酯工厂安全评价采用安全综合评价法所获得的应用效果,期望有效优化安全评价水平,制定更加科学安全生产管理方案。
Our country has been committed to safe production,but is restricted by the level of technology.Although the country has clearly regulated the standards of safe production in policy,there are still some gaps between the state of safe production and the nationally regulated standards in the actual production process.As a type of factory with a high risk factor,the polyester factory uses materials and personnel operations in the production process as a source of danger that affects safe production,and its safe production has become the focus of safe production management.This article takes polyester factories as the research object and uses the safety comprehensive evaluation method as the main method to understand the application effects obtained by the safety comprehensive evaluation method in the safety evaluation of polyester plants.It is expected to effectively optimize the safety evaluation level and formulate a more scientific safety production management plan.
