中硬度水地区韭菜水培营养液配方初探

摘要 为了探讨河南中硬度水地区水培韭菜的营养液配方,以韭菜品种“西峡野韭×青格子”为试验材料,利用北京市农林科学院蔬菜研究中心研发的安心韭菜水培系统,选用1/2量的日本园试配方(T1)、日本千叶农试葱配方(T2)、华南农大叶菜A配方(T3)、安心韭菜水培专用肥(T4)4种叶菜类水培配方,研究了不同配方对韭菜各形态指标、产量和叶绿素相对含量的影响,以期为韭菜水培生产提供参考依据。结果表明华南农大叶菜A配方下的水培韭菜各指标表现突出,是中硬度水地区韭菜水培的最佳营养液配方。 In order to explore formulas of nutrient solution for cultivation of Chinese chive in medium-hard water area,the wild Chinese chive‘Xixia’×Chinese chive‘Qinggezi’was used as material,the Anxin Chinese chive hydroponic system developed by Vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry was used,four nutrient solutions formulas for leafy vegetables,including 1/2 quality of Japanese vegetable garden experiment(T1),Japanese Chiba farming nutrition solution(T2)formula A for forleafy vegetables developed by South China Agricultural University(T3),the special fertilizer for hydroponic system of Chinese chive(T4),were chosen to study the effects of different formulas on the growth,development,yield and chlorophyll relative content of Chinese chive.It was expected to provide an theoretical basis for hydroponic production of Chinese chive in medium-hard water area.The results showed that these indexes were prominent under the formula of T3.So T3 is the perfect nutrient solution formula for Chinese chive in medium-hard water area.
