摘要
近年来,随着新兴技术的不断涌现,大数据、人工智能等技术对供应链管理产生了较大的影响。其中,大数据分析能力作为供应链企业应具备的重要能力之一,对供应链弹性管理产生的影响尤其显著。在不同规模的企业,大数据分析能力如何发挥作用、对供应链绩效产生怎样的影响、其重要性如何都是值得探究的问题,从风险管理角度,基于供应链弹性理论,可分析供应链风险管理文化、供应链协作等供应链弹性要素与大数据分析能力及供应链绩效的关系,在问卷调查的基础上量化研究不同规模企业大数据分析能力对供应链绩效水平的影响。结果表明,大数据分析能力与供应链风险管理文化呈现正相关关系,相较于中型企业而言,小型企业在该方面表现更为突出;供应链协作与供应链绩效呈现正相关关系,且供应链协作在小型企业中发挥更大的优势;供应链协作在大数据分析能力正向影响供应链绩效中发挥部分中介作用。大数据分析能力是提升供应链企业绩效水平和竞争实力的有效途径,中小型企业应从供应链战略的高度增强大数据分析能力,提高企业协同能力,构建供应链协同机制,提高应对供应链风险的水平。
In recent years,with the emergence of new technologies,technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have greater impact on supply chain management.Among these technologies,big data analysis capability,which is one of the important capabilities that supply chain enterprises should have,has greater impact on supply chain resilience management.For enterprises with different scale,such issues as how big data analysis capability works,what impact it has on supply chain performance,and how important it is are worth exploring.From the perspective of risk management and based on supply chain resilience theory,the author analyzes the relationship between supply chain resilient factors(e.g.supply chain risk management culture and supply chain collaboration)and big data analysis capability and supply chain performance.By means of questionnaire survey,the author quantitatively studies the impact of big data analysis capability of enterprises with different scale on supply chain performance.It is found that:big data analysis capability is positively related to supply chain risk management culture,especially for small enterprises;supply chain collaboration is positively related to supply chain performance,and supply chain collaboration will play a more significant role in small enterprises;and supply chain collaboration plays a partial mediating role in the positive impact of big data analysis capability on supply chain performance.Big data analysis capability is an effective way for us to improve the performance and competitive strength of supply chain enterprises.SMEs should enhance the big data analysis capability,improve the enterprise collaboration capability,build the supply chain collaboration mechanism,and improve the capability to deal with supply chain risk from the perspective of supply chain strategy.
