摘要
目的:分析用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的效果及安全性。方法:将2019年1月至2020年6月汕头市澄海区人民医院接诊的心律失常患者80例作为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和研究组。为参照组40例患者采用美托洛尔进行治疗,为研究组40例患者采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗的有效率高于参照组患者,P <0.05。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P<0.05。治疗后,研究组患者的房性期前收缩次数和室性期前收缩次数均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:为心律失常患者采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其病情,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Wenxin granules combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with arrhythmia admitted to Chenghai District People's Hospital of Shantou City from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group.40 patients in the reference group were treated with metoprolol,and 40 patients in the research group were treated with Wenxin Granules combined with metoprolol,and then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups,P A 0.05.After treatment,the number of atrial and ventricular contractions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with Wanxin Granules has a significant effect in the treatment of arrhythmia patients,and can effectively improve their condition,with high safety.
