摘要
医养结合养老模式作为当代新型的养老服务模式,将医疗资源与养老资源进行了整合,满足了需要照护的老年人群对于养老服务的需求。养老服务人才作为养老服务的主要承担者,其专业素养和业务水平直接影响着养老机构的服务质量。分别从政府层面、养老机构层面和专科教育层面分别分析了我国医养结合养老机构服务人才队伍建设的困境。针对上述问题,尝试提出对养老机构服务人才队伍建设的建议:政府应加强主导地位,构建相关激励机制,鼓励志愿服务;养老服务行业应引导正确的行业观念,制定严格的行业标准,加强人才激励管理;学校应不断完善高等教育课程体系,重视人才的职业技能培养。
As a new modern pension service model,the elderly service model of medical care and health integrates medical and elderly service resources to meet the needs of elderly people in need of care for elderly service.As the main undertaker of old-age service,the professional quality and professional level of old-age service personnel directly affect the service quality of old-age service institutions.From the level of government,pension institutions and specialized education,this study analyzed the difficulties in the construction of service personnel in medical and nursing institutions in China.In view of the above problems,this paper tried to put forward some suggestions on the construction of service personnel in pension institutions:the government should strengthen its leading position,construct relevant incentive mechanism,and encourage voluntary service;the old-age service industry should guide the correct industry concept,formulate strict industry standards,and strengthen talent incentive management.Schools should constantly improve the curriculum system of higher education and attach importance to the vocational skills training of talents.
