摘要
中医智能诊断相对于传统中医诊断具有客观化、标准化和精准化的优势,其在四诊智能辅助诊断、专家智能诊断、精准诊断和健康预测的应用上可发挥优势作用。然而,中医智能诊断的临床应用也产生了一些伦理问题:“不失人情”人性问题,智能诊断弱化了“人情”和“医心”;“普同一等”公平问题,智能诊断存在医疗资源分配不均问题;“生命至上”的人本问题,智能诊断要秉承“以人为本”,反对“急功近利”;“有知有义”道德主体问题,智能诊断要明确责任主体;“诊病不问其始”的技术弱化问题,医师要避免对智能诊断的过度依赖。
Compared with TCM diagnosis,intelligent diagnosis of TCM has the advantages of objectivity,standardization and precision.It plays an important role in the application of four diagnostic intelligent auxiliary diagnosis,expert intelligent diagnosis of TCM,accurate diagnosis and health prediction.However,with the application of intelligent diagnosis,there are also some ethical problems.With the problem of human nature“without losing human feelings”,intelligent diagnosis weakens“human feelings”and“healing sympathy”.As the problem of“universal equality”fairness,intelligent diagnosis has the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources.With the problem of humanism of“life first”,intelligent diagnosis should adhere to“people-oriented”and oppose“eager for quick success and instant benefit”.In order to solve the problem of moral subject of“knowing and righteousness”,the intelligent diagnosis should clarify the responsibility subject.As the problem of technical weakness of“not asking the beginning of diagnosis”,doctors should avoid over reliance on intelligent diagnosis.
