肠外营养液规范化配制及稳定性的应用及研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的:分析肠外营养液规范化配制方法及稳定性。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年6月在我院接受肠外营养液治疗的50例患者临床治疗资料,总结肠外营养液规范化配制及稳定性等相关措施及信息。结果:本组50例患者经肠外营养液治疗后,有35例(70.00%)患者营养状况良好,11例(21.00%)营养不良,4例(9.00%)营养低下。输注期间,发生发热反应患者2例,未出现明显并发症。结论:因肠外营养液成为较复杂,故在配制时应具有规范的配制流程、环境及无菌操作技能,分析影响其稳定性因素并制定针对性的解决策略,严格审核医嘱,以确保营养液质量,降低不良反应,改善患者营养状况。
