摘要
考虑风光发电具有不确定性以及集中式储能在改善系统能量管理、容量配置利用等方面的优势,提出了一种集中式储能的微电网系统。该系统采用分层控制和能量管理结合的稳定调控方案,针对各种工况,制定不同运行状态下各分布式微电源和储能充放电的控制策略,避免了运行模式切换造成的较大暂态振荡,提高系统稳定性,保证系统供需平衡。最后,在StarSim半实物仿真平台上验证了所提控制策略的可行性。
Considering the uncertainty of wind and solar power generation and the advantages of centralized energy storage,which improve the effect of system energy management,capacity allocation and utilization,this paper propose a micro grid system with centralized energy storage.This system combine the stable strategy of hierarchical control with energy management,formulatethe charging and discharging strategies of distributed micro sources and energy storage under different operating conditions.The control strategy avoids the large transient oscillation caused byoperation mode switching,improves the system stability and ensures the balance of supply and demand.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed control strategy is verified on StarSim hardware in the loop simulation platform.
