摘要
目的了解巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗人间布鲁菌病(布病)的流行特征及变化趋势,为布病防控措施和策略的制定提供参考依据。方法对2015-2019年巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗人间布病病例的流行概况、流行特征及流行趋势进行描述性分析。结果杭锦后旗2015-2019年累计报告281例布病病例,未出现重症及死亡病例,各年发病率分别为14.92/10万(46例)、12.00/10万(37例)、11.02/10万(34例)、21.40/10万(66例)、31.61/10万(98例)。发病主要集中于3-8月,病例年龄分布主要集中于在40~60岁,占总数的74.74%,男女性别比为3.39∶1。职业以农民为主,占病例总数的70.81%。结论杭锦后旗人间布病发病率总体呈现上升趋势,出现疫情加重现象。建议加强多部门联防联控、人间疫情监测和高危人群布病防控知识宣传教育,提高群众的自我防护意识,防止疫情进一步扩大蔓延。
Objective To understand the status of epidemiological characteristics and popular change tendency of brucellosis in Hangjinhou Banner,Bayannaoer City,and to provide reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures and strategies for brucellosis.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on epidemic profile,epidemiological characteristics and epidemic trends of human sarcoidosis cases in Hangjinhou Banner,Bayannaoer City from 2015 to 2019.Results A total of 281 cases with brucellosis was reported in Hangjinhou Banner from 2015 to 2019,no severe cases or death cases occurred.The annual incidence rates were 14.92/100000(46 cases),12.00/100000(37 cases),11.02/100000(34 cases),21.40/100000(66 cases)and 31.61/100000(98 cases)respectively thorough from 2015 to 2019.The incidence mainly and intensively occurred from March to August,and the age distribution of the cases was mainly concentrated from 40-60 years old group,accounting for 74.74%of the total,and the ratio of male versus female was 3.39∶1.The farmers dominated in terms of the occupation,accounting for 70.81%of the total number of cases.Conclusion The incidence of human brucellosis in Hangjinhou Banner is on the rise generally and shows increased epidemic situation.It is recommended to strengthen multi-department joint prevention and control,human epidemic surveillance,and publicity and education of disease prevention and control knowledge for high-risk groups to increase the people’s awareness of self-protection and prevent the epidemic from further expanding.
