结构功能主义视角下“00后”高职单招生活动育人机制研究--以川北幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

摘要 单招生已成为高等职业院校主要生源之一,“00后”高职单招生成为高职院校的主力军。学生活动担负着育人的重要使命,是帮助学生成才的重要方式之一。因此,在结构功能主义视角下探究“00后”高职单招生活动育人机制,从基于实效性的学生活动育人结构要素分析,剖析“00”后高职单招生活动育人机制构建的难点,确定鲜明正确的学生活动育人目标、提升学生参与活动所需良善环境的适应性、整合共享各方优质资源、形成具有道德素养的潜在系统模式四个方面,探究“00后”高职单招生活动育人机制。 Independent enrollment has become one of the main sources of students in higher vocational colleges,and the post-2000s solely-recruited students have become the main force in higher vocational colleges.Student activities shoulder the important mission of educating students and are one of the important ways to mold students.Therefore,from the perspective of structural functionalism,this paper explores the education system of activities participated by this kind of students and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the educational mechanism from the analysis of the structural elements of student activities based on effectiveness,so as to determine the clear and correct educational goal of student activities,improve the adaptability of the good environment for students to participate in activities,integrate and share high-quality resources from all sides,and form a potential system model with moral quality.
