摘要
目的观察海螵蛸多糖治疗口疮的效果。方法将江西省中西医结合医院64例口疮患者随机分为A、B组。A组32例,以海螵蛸提取的多糖外治。B组32例,以康复新液含漱。观察2组患者疼痛时间、痛觉评分、口疮愈合时间、平均用药时间、治疗前后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化,比较治疗效果。结果A组疼痛时间、口疮愈合时间、平均用药时间短于B组,痛觉评分低于B组,治疗后IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗总有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论海螵蛸多糖对口疮具有一定的疗效,值得进一步研究,应用于临床。
Objective To observe the effect of Cuttlebone polysaccharide on oral ulcer.Methods 64 patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into group A and group B.In group A,32 cases were treated with polysaccharide extracted from Cuttlebone polysaccharide.In group B,32 cases were rinsed with Kangfuxin solution.The pain time,healing time,average medication time,IL-6 and TNF-αwere observed before and after treatment,and the pain score was made to compare the therapeutic effect.Results The pain duration,oral sore healing time and average medication time in group A were shorter than those in group B,the pain score was lower than that in group B,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αafter treatment were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Cuttlebone polysaccharide has a certain curative effect on oral ulcer,which is worthy of further study and utilization.
