摘要
目的调查未孕育龄女性医务人员的贫血发生情况。方法5672例18~45岁未孕育龄职业女性中,2798例为医务人员(研究组),2874例为非医务人员(对照组)。分析两组贫血相关指标。结果研究组各年龄段的贫血患病率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组Hb浓度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组女性均以轻度贫血、小细胞低色素性贫血为主,两组间贫血程度和类型比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论未孕育龄女性医务人员贫血患病率低于未孕育龄非医务职业女性,提示职业背景对贫血患病率有一定的影响。
Objective To preliminarily investigate the prevalence of anemia of non-pregnant medical staff in reproductive age in Nanjing city.Methods Of 5672 non-pregnant women aged 18 to 45 years old accepted physical examination,2798 cases were non-pregnant medical staff(group A)and 2874 cases were non-medical professional women(group B).The indexes of anemia were analyzed in both groups.Results The prevalence of anemia in different ages in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),while the concentration of Hb in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The main characteristics in both groups were mild anemia and microcytic hypochromic anemia.There were no statistical differences in the degree and type of anemia between the groups of A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of anemia of non-pregnant medical staff in reproductive age is lower than that in the non-medical professional women,which reflects that occupation may influence the prevalence of anemia.
