摘要
目的探讨盐酸安罗替尼胶囊联合卡培他滨+奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月间上海市静安区中心医院收治的80例晚期结直肠癌患者,采用单双号抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用卡培他滨+奥沙利铂治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合盐酸安罗替尼胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及生活质量。结果观察组患者近期有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者行为状态评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为40.0%,对照组为35.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚期结直肠癌患者采用盐酸安罗替尼胶囊联合卡培他滨+奥沙利铂治疗,效果确切,不良反应轻微,可明显改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anlotinib hydrochloride capsules combined with capecitabine and oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Shanghai Jing'an District Central Hospital were selected from May 2018 to May 2020.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by means of odd and even numbers,with 40 patients each.The observation group was administered with anlotinib hydrochloride capsule combined with capecitabine and oxaliplatin and the control group was given capecitabine and oxaliplatin.treatment efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life of were compared between the two groups.Results The short-term efficacy rate was 90.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,state behavioral scale score was increased in both groups with score higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 40.0%in the observation group compared with 35.0%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Anlotinib hydrochloride capsules combined with capecitabine and oxaliplatin shows definite efficacy with mild side effects and it significantly improves quality of life in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
