摘要
目的:优化现有PACS架构,构建一种安全、稳定、高速、实用的适合大型三甲医院的PACS体系。方法:通过分离旧数据库、分开厚薄层,提升数据库服务器、采集服务器、网络交换机、存储系统等硬件性能,同时部署蓝光光盘备份系统,改造现有医院PACS信息系统,使之适合我院高业务、多应用的现状。结果:通过该体系,全面提升PACS运行速度,提高系统健壮性。结论:新的体系架构提高了PACS的存储能力、响应速度,提升了患者影像数据的安全级别,提高了医疗效率。
Objective:Optimize the existing PACS architecture and build a safe,stable,high-speed,and practical PACS system suitable for large third-tier hospitals.Methods:By separating the old database and separating the thick and thin layers,improve the hardware performance of database servers,acquisition servers,network switches,storage systems,etc,while deploying a Bluray disc backup system,transforming the existing hospital PACS information system to make it suitable for our hospital's highbusiness,multi-Application Status.Results:Through this system,the overall operation speed of PACS is improved,and the robustness of the system is improved.Conclusion:This system improves storage capacity and response speed of PACS,improves the security level of patient image data,and improves medical efficiency.
