摘要
大学生是宝贵的人才资源,大学生思政教育是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的关键环节。新形势下,高校要加强大学生思政教育创新,以立德树人为根本,构建起全员、全程、全方位育人的“三全育人”体系,激发各方面育人元素,形成育人合力,这其中以共青团为主导的青年志愿服务发挥着重要作用。以加强大学生思政教育为导向,在价值维度、现实维度、实践维度探究加强高校青年志愿服务工作的意义、问题与对策,对共青团在新形势下围绕中心、服务大局,做好青年工作,提升对高校思政工作贡献度具有重要意义。
College students are valuable human resources.Ideological and political education for college students is a key link in the cultivation of socialist builders and successors for the overall development of moral,intellectual,physical,and mental skills.Under the new situation,Colleges and Universities Should Strengthen the Innovation of College Students'Ideological and Political Education,colleges and universities set up a“three-way education”system for the whole staff.Stimulate all aspects of education elements,forming a force of education.The youth volunteer service led by the communist youth league plays an important role.Based on the guidance of morality and cultivation of people,this paper explores the significance and countermeasures of strengthening youth volunteer service in colleges and universities from the practical dimension of value dimension,It is of great significance for the communist youth league to serve the overall situation of the center,do a good job in youth work,and improve the contribution to the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new situation.
