摘要
本文对使用聚醚胺改性制备低熔点、高粘度的共聚酰胺树脂进行了研究。共聚酰胺树脂是制备锦纶热熔丝的主要原料。实验结果表明,当聚醚胺添加量由0%增加到10%时,共聚酰胺树脂的熔点由120℃降低到82℃,玻璃化转变温度为-8.7℃,粘接强度约12MPa,拉伸强度约21MPa,断裂伸长率约400%。使用共聚酰胺树脂经熔融纺丝工艺制备的锦纶热熔丝热收缩率为1.6%,断裂伸长率约82%,粘结温度约85℃,断裂强度约3.8cN/dtex,这些性能符合飞织面料对锦纶热熔丝的要求。
Copolyamide resins with low melting point were prepared by melt polycondensation using polyether amine as modifier for nylon thermofuse used in Flyknit fabrics.The results showed that the melting point of the resin decreased from120℃to 82℃when the polyetheramine addition was increased from 0%to 10%,and others properties of glass transition temperature of-8.7℃,bond strength of 12 MPa,tensile strength of 21 MPa and elongation at break of 400%.Being as raw material,this resin was used to produce nylon thermofuse which were suitable for Flyknit fabrics with good performances such as dry heat contraction of 1.6%,elongation at break of 82%,bonding temperature of 85℃and breaking strength of3.8 cN/dtex.
