早期个体化营养干预对肾病综合征患者预后效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨早期个体化营养干预对肾病综合征患者预后效果的影响。方法:随机选取2016—2018年来我院就诊的肾病综合征患者110例,分为对照组(n=55)和干预组(n=55)。对照组给予常规基础医学治疗,干预组在常规基础医学治疗的基础上,入院确诊后立即采取早期个体化营养干预治疗,比较两组患者肾功能指标、营养状况评价指标、脂质代谢指标及水肿程度变化。结果:干预前,两组患者肾功能指标、营养状况评价指标、脂质代谢指标、水肿程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组肾功能指标、营养状况评价指标、脂质代谢指标及水肿改善状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期个体化营养干预可以改善肾病综合征患者肾功能及营养健康状况,有利于提高预后效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of early individualized nutritional intervention on the prognosis of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Method Totally 110 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital in 2016—2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group(n=55)and intervention group(n=55).The control group was given conventional basic medical treatment,and the intervention group was given early individualized nutritional intervention on the basis of conventional basic medical treatment.The renal function index,nutritional status evaluation index,lipid metabolism index and edema degree of the two groups were compared.Result Before intervention,there was no significant difference in renal function index,nutritional status evaluation index,lipid metabolism index and edema degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the improvement of renal function index,nutritional status evaluation index,lipid metabolism index and edema degree in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly individualized nutritional intervention can improve the renal function and nutritional health status of patients with nephrotic syndrome,which is conducive to improve the prognosis.
