摘要
"新工科"复合型专业人才培育要求与课程思政立德树人的根本要求具有内在协同性。掣肘于传统工科人才培养模式,工科课程融入思政元素过程中存在学生对课程思政有排斥性、教师思想政治认识参差不齐、课程设置的专业化与课程思政的边缘化、学科体系应用性与思政理论性相悖等困境。"新工科"背景下的课程思政建设,要充分发挥课堂这一主战场的育人功能,着力实现科技活动与人文视野的相互补充,使工科思维与思政元素相得益彰,科学伦理与社会意识环环相扣,成果转化与人生价值紧密结合,将思政教育贯穿工科人才培养的全周期。
The requirements for the cultivation of"new engineering"compound professional talents are inherently synergistic with the fundamental requirements of curriculum ideological,political and moral cultivation.Constrained by the traditional engineering talent training model,there are many obstacles and difficulties in the process of integrating ideological and political elements into engineering courses.The main manifestations are that students are repulsive of curriculum ideology and politics,teachers'ideological and political understanding is uneven,the specialization of curriculum setting and the marginalization of curriculum ideology and politics,the application of the subject system and the theoretical nature of ideology and politics are contradictory.The goal of ideological and political construction under the background of"new engineering"is to give full play to the education function of the classroom as the main battlefield.Efforts are made to realize the mutual complementation of scientific and technological activities and humanistic vision,the complementation of engineering thinking and ideological and political elements,the interlocking of scientific ethics and social consciousness,and the close integration of achievement transformation and life value.Ideological and political education runs through the entire cycle of engineering talent training.
