海口羊山地区金钗石斛主要蜗牛和蛞蝓防治药剂筛选试验 被引量:5

Molluscicide Screening Test for Controlling Snail and Slug Pests on Dendrobiumnobilein the Yangshan Area of Haikou

摘要 蜗牛和蛞蝓是海口羊山地区金钗石斛的重要害虫。为筛选用于防治蜗牛和蛞蝓的有效药剂,开展了5种常用药剂30%茶皂素水剂、80%四聚乙醛可湿性粉剂、70%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂、45%三苯基乙酸锡可湿性粉剂、80%乙蒜素乳油对金钗石斛主要蜗牛海南小囊螺、细钻螺和蛞蝓双线嗜粘液蛞蝓的为期2年的田间药效试验。结果表明:5种药剂中,对海南小囊螺防治效果较好的是80%四聚乙醛可湿性粉剂,防效达71.9%~88.0%,其次是30%茶皂素水剂,防效达80.3%~83.4%;对细钻螺防治效果最好的是80%四聚乙醛可湿性粉剂,防效达80.4%~90.9%,其次是70%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂,防效达80.2%~86.3%;对双线嗜粘液蛞蝓防治效果较好的是30%茶皂素水剂,防效达74.9%~85.6%,其次是80%四聚乙醛可湿性粉剂,防效达75.4%~81.3%。2019和2020年的试验结果趋势基本一致。茶皂素、四聚乙醛、杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可广泛应用于防治金钗石斛蜗牛和蛞蝓。 Snails and slugs are important pests of Dendrobiumnobilis in the Yangshan area of Haikou,Hainan Province.In order to screen suitable molluscicides for the controlof the snail and slug pests,five commonly used molluscicides(tea saponin 30%AS,metaldehyde 80%WP,niclosamide-olamine 70%WP,triphenyltin acetate 45%WP,niclosamide-olamine 80%EC)were chosen to conduct a two-year field efficacy test against Microcystishainanica(Yen)(MH),Opeasgracile(Hutton)(OG)and Philomycusbilineatus(Benson)(PB).The results showed that the metaldehyde 80%WP had the best control effect on MH among the five molluscidides,with a control effect of 71.9%to 88.0%in 2020,followed by the tea saponin 30%AS with a control effect of 80.3%to 83.4%.The metaldehyde 80%WP had the best control effect on OG with a control effect of 80.4%-90.9%,followed by niclosamide-olamine 70%WP with a control effect of 80.2-86.3%.The tea saponin 30%AS had the best control effect on PB with a control effect of 74.9%-85.6%,followed by the metaldehyde 80%WP with a control effect of 75.4%-81.3%.The test results of the five molluscicides in 2019 and 2020 were basically consistent.The results showed that the tea saponin,metaldehyde and niclosamide-olamine can be widely used in the control of snails and slugs of D.nobilis.
