摘要
在人工智能时代,任何学术期刊出版单位、作者、读者都有责任、有义务防范和抵制学术不端行为。全面构建人工智能环境下学术期刊学术不端行为的预防机制可以从五个方面入手:优化学术期刊学术不端文献检测系统,建立学术期刊学术不端治理共享平台,提升学术期刊编辑流程的智能化水平,改善学术期刊审稿专家遴选及审稿流程的智能化水平,构建道德教育与法律监督机制。只有这样,才能有力地遏制学术不端行为,有效地净化学术生态,为实现创新驱动发展战略、建设世界科技强国提供助力。
In the era of artificial intelligence(AI),all publishing organizations,authors and readers of academic journals can shoulder the responsibility to prevent academic misconduct.The comprehensive construction of due prevention mechanism in the AI environment can be started from five aspects:upgrading the journal’s document detection system for a shared platform;improving the automatic level of the editing process;improving the computerization level of expert selection and manuscript review process;strengthening moral education and legal supervision.Only in this way can we effectively curb academic misconduct,effectively purify the academic ecology,and provide impetus for realizing the innovation-driven development strategy and build a powerful nation motivated by science and technology.
