生菜气雾化栽培营养液供给控制系统研究 被引量:3

Study on the Control System of the Nutrient Solution Supply for the Aerosol Cultivation of Lettuce

摘要 为了实现生菜气雾化栽培营养液供给的自动监测与智能控制,探究了基于植物工厂及模糊控制的营养液加液调节及喷雾控制方法和系统。在营养液调节控制中,根据pH和电导率EC检测值,结合加液实验结果、模糊控制和基于PLC的现场和远程集成控制,通过控制加液电磁阀实现HCl溶液、NaOH溶液、母液和NaCl溶液加入量的控制,从而控制营养液浓度和pH值在设定范围。针对喷雾控制,根据培养架内温湿度的检测值来自动调节气雾化栽培营养液供给的喷雾频率,包括生菜生长所需的营养液供给时长和空闲时间间隔,实现营养液供给的智能控制。本系统现已在浙江大学农业科技园生菜气雾栽培中运用,营养液加液调节及喷雾控制满足了实际应用需要。 In order to realize the automatic monitoring and intelligent control of nutrient solution supply in the aerosol cultivation of lettuce,the method and system of nutrient solution adjustment and spray control were proposed and developed based on the plant factory and fuzzy control.In the adjustment and control of nutrient solution,the adding amount of HCl solution,NaOH solution,mother solution and NaCl solution was controlled according to the detection values of pH and electrical conductivity(EC),by controlling the solenoid valves of solutions adding combined with the experimental results of solutions adding,fuzzy control and PLC based field and remote integrated control,so as to control the concentration and pH value of nutrient solution within the setting range.The frequency of the nutrient solution supply including the spray time and the idle time interval of the nutrient solution for the lettuce growth was automatically adjusted and controlled,according to the detection values of temperature and humidity in the culture shelf,so as to achieve the intelligent control of the nutrient solution supply.The control system has been applied in the aerosol cultivation of lettuce in the agricultural science and technology park of Zhejiang University,and the adjustment and spray control of nutrient solution have already met the practical application requirements.
