摘要
试验在日粮中添加1.5 mg/kg三碘甲状原氨酸(T3)诱导肉鸡腹水症(AS),研究不同水平红景天苷对肉鸡生长性能和腹水敏感性的影响。试验选取480只AA雄性肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。处理1添加T3 (0 mg/kg)+红景天苷(0 mg/kg),处理2添加T3 (1.5 mg/kg)+红景天苷(0 mg/kg),处理3添加T3(1.5 mg/kg)+红景天苷(5 mg/kg),处理4添加T3(1.5 mg/kg)+红景天苷(10 mg/kg)。结果显示,日粮中添加10 mg/kg红景天苷可显著提高AS肉鸡生长性能(P<0.05),显著降低腹水死亡率(P<0.05)。日粮中添加10 mg/kg红景天苷能够显著降低AS肉鸡肺动脉收缩压、右心室重量和右心指数(P<0.05),显著提高血液红细胞数量(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加10 mg/kg红景天苷对肉鸡AS有较好的防治效果。
By adding 1.5mg/kg triiodothyronine(T3)to the diet to induce ascites(AS)in broilers,the effect of different levels of salidroside on growth performance and ascites sensitivity of broilers were studied.480 AA male broilers were randomly divided into four treatments with six replicates in each treatment and 20 broilers in each replicate.Treatment 1:add T3(0mg/kg)+salidroside(0mg/kg);treatment 2:add T3(1.5mg/kg)+salidroside(0mg/kg);treatment 3:add T3(1.5mg/kg)+salidroside(5mg/kg);treatment 4:add T3(1.5mg/kg)+salidroside(10mg/kg).The results showed that the addition of 10mg/kg salidroside in the diet can significantly improve the growth performance of AS broilers and reduce the mortality of ascites(P<0.05).The addition of 10mg/kg salidroside in the diet can significantly reduce the pulmonary artery systolic pressure,right ventricular weight and right heart index of AS broilers(P<0.05),and increase the number of red blood cells(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 10mg/kg salidroside in the diet has better control effect on AS in broilers.
