摘要
【目的】探明湖南烟稻轮作区0~50 cm土层有效态微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量特征,并了解其与容重的关系。【方法】采集了郴州、衡阳和长沙3个烟稻轮作区150个土壤剖面样品,分析了不同土层微量元素分布特征、丰缺状况和有效性指数,明确了微量元素与容重的关系。【结果】(1)0~10 cm土层有效态Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量最高,随土层加深而递减;Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量达中等及以上水平的土壤样品分别占98.67%、56.67%、69.33%和56.67%。(2)0~50 cm土层微量元素综合有效性指数自上而下存在逐层递减的规律,20~30 cm土层下降幅度最大。(3)20~50 cm土层Cu、Zn和Mn含量与容重呈显著负相关,相关性随土层加深表现出增强的趋势。【结论】容重是湖南烟稻轮作区非表层土壤微量元素有效性提高的限制因素之一。
[Objective]This work aims to find out the contents of available Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in 0 ~ 50 cm soil layer of paddy-tobacco growing area in Hunan Province,and to understand their relationship with bulk density.[Methods]150 soil profile samples were collected from three paddy-tobacco growing areas in Chenzhou,Hengyang and Changsha.The distribution characteristics,abundance and deficiency status and availability indexes of trace elements in different soil layers were analyzed,and the relationship between soil trace elements and bulk density was clarified.[Results]1) The contents of available Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in 0 ~ 10 cm soil layer were the highest,and decreased with the deepening of soil layer;The soil samples with medium and above content in Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn accounted for 98.67%,56.67%,69.33% and 56.67%,respectively.2) The comprehensive availability index of trace elements in the 0 ~ 50cm soil layer from top to bottom showed a layer-by-layer decline law,and the decline range of 20 ~ 30 cm soil layer was the largest.3) The contents of Cu,Zn and Mn in the 20 ~ 50cm soil layer were significantly negatively correlated with bulk density,and the correlation increased with the deepening of the soil layer.[Conclusion]Soil bulk density is one of the factors limiting the improvement of the availability of trace elements in non surface soil in paddy-tobacco growing area of Hunan province.
