摘要
冠心病是当今社会最常见的疾病之一,是由冠状动脉发生动脉粥样硬化病变而引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病。近年来,由于人们不健康饮食、生活不规律和工作压力大等因素影响,冠心病的发病率和病死率逐年增加,且向年轻化发展。随着中医在冠心病上研究不断深入,中医治疗冠心病取得了很好的效果,文章将冠心病中医疗法总结为中药汤剂治疗、中成药治疗、中药注射液治疗和中医外治法。
Coronary heart disease is one of the most common diseases in today’s society,it is a kind of heart disease caused by coronary artery atherosclerotic lesion,which causes myocardial ischemia,hypoxia or necrosis.In recent years,due to unhealthy diet,irregular life and high working pressure,the incidence rate and mortality rate of coronary heart disease have increased year by year and become younger.With the deepening of research on coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease has achieved good results.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of coronary heart disease is summarized as follows:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine injection treatment and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.
