摘要
目的:观察丘墟透照海结合健脾通督推拿法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法:选自2017年12月~2019年6月在山西省针灸研究所国医堂及脑病科收治的脑瘫患儿60例,利用计算机随机数分成对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用常规康复训练疗法治疗,治疗组采用针刺丘墟透照海结合健脾通督推拿法治疗,比较两组治疗前后患儿的粗大运动功能(GMFM-88)评分和肌张力程度(MAS)量表评分。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的GMFM-88量表、MAS量表评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组组治疗后的GMFM-88量表高于对照组,MAS量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过针刺丘墟透照海结合健脾通督推拿法治疗小儿脑瘫可有效改善脑瘫患儿的运动障碍,调节肌张力,增强运动能力,提高自身消化和免疫,增强临床疗效,有效促进患儿康复。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiuxu penetrating Zhaohai combined with Jianpi Tongdu massage to treat cerebral palsy in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with cerebral palsy treated in the National Medical Hall and Department of Encephalopathy of Shanxi Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training therapy.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the Qiuxiu penetrating Zhaohai and Jianpi Tongdu massage.Gross motor function(GMFM-88)score and degree of muscle tone(MAS)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the GMFM-88 scale and MAS scale scores of 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the GMFM-88 scale of treatment group was higher than that of control group after treatment,and the MAS scale score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating children with cerebral palsy by acupuncture at the Qiuxu penetrating Zhaohai and Jianpi Tongdu massage can effectively improve dyskinesia in children with cerebral palsy,regulate muscle tension,enhance exercise capacity,improve self-digestion and immunity,enhance clinical efficacy and effectively promote children rehabilitation.
