摘要
自资本主义国家在生产力发展上取得先发优势以来,其联合输出的意识形态霸权在国际舆论场域中经久不衰,而社会主义意识形态则相对弱势。跨国资本联结经济、政治、文化等国际组织的出现,为其意识形态国际机器的理论建构提供了现实依托。资本主义意识形态国际机器以精神产品输出为主要手段,通过生产关系的再生产跨越国别持续进行阶级剥削和压迫,目的在于扩张文化帝国主义,渗透信息资本主义,谋求世界政治霸权。而社会主义国家寻求的破局之法就在于通过资本主义意识形态的内在矛盾瓦解其霸权地位,并推动社会主义意识形态传播机制的创新和国际意识形态舆论场域的再创造。
Since the capitalist countries gained the first-mover advantage in the development of productive forces, the ideological hegemony of their joint output has been enduring in the field of international public opinion, while the socialist ideology is relatively weak. The emergence of international organizations such as economy, politics and culture linked by transnational capital provides a realistic basis for the theoretical construction of Ideological international apparatuses. The ideological international apparatuses takes the output of spiritual products as the main means, and continuously carries out class exploitation and oppression across countries through the reproduction of production relations. Its purpose is to expand cultural imperialism, infiltrate information capitalism and seek world political hegemony. The way that socialist countries seeking to break the international communication of ideology is to disintegrate its hegemony through the internal contradictions of capitalist ideology, and promote the innovation of socialist ideology communication mechanism and the recreation of international ideological public opinion field.
