摘要
以莒山矿3007综采工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,综合采用现场应力监测、理论分析、数值模拟等方法对巷道超前支护强度进行了研究。通过现场应力监测分析了超前应力分布规律,确定超前支护范围为工作面前方30 m。通过理论分析确定超前支护参数为134.64 k Pa,确定支护强度为135 k Pa,并通过数值模拟进行了验证性研究,为后续回复顺槽超前支架的设计和选型提供参考。
Based on the engineering background of 3007 fully mechanized coal face return air chute in Jushan Mine,this paper studies the advance support strength of roadway by means of field stress monitoring, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Through field stress monitoring, the distribution law of advance stress is analyzed, and the advance support range is determined to be 30 m in front of the working face. Through theoretical analysis, the advance support parameter is 134.64 k Pa, and the support strength is 135 k Pa. Through numerical simulation, the verification research is carried out, which provides a reference for the design and selection of the follow-up recovery trough advance support.
