预制构件生产线重用模台优化问题研究 被引量:1

Research on Optimization of Reuse Platform for Prefabricated Component Production Line

摘要 由于投产的预制构件所需使用的模台数量一般远大于生产线提供的模台数量,会因重用模台而带来额外的换模时间。为解决预制构件重用模台带来的额外换模时间问题,建立预制构件生产线的模具在模台上分配问题的数学模型,依据换模前后模具占用模台台面面积变化与换模时间之间的关系构建局部换模策略,提出换模时间计算方法,以最小总换模时间为优化目标,提出一种新的改进算法——改进的蜻蜓算法作为全局优化算法。针对标准蜻蜓算法易陷入局部极值的缺点,结合模拟退火思想对标准蜻蜓算法个体更新的步骤进行改进,扩大寻优范围,增强跃出局部极值的能力。最后通过生产企业实例数据进行仿真测试,验证改进的蜻蜓算法对于解决该问题的有效性。 Since the number of platforms required to produce prefabricated components that are put into production is generally much larger than the number of platforms provided by the production line,additional set-up time will be brought about by reusing the platform.To solve the problem of setup time caused by the reuse of the reuse platform,the mathematical model of the distribution process of the mold of the prefabricated component production line on the platform was established.According to the relationship between the change of the platform area occupied by the mold and set-up time,a local mold change strategy was constructed and a calculation method of set-up time was proposed.A new heuristic algorithm-IDA algorithm for global optimization algorithm was proposed to minimize set-up time.Aiming at the shortcomings of the standard dragonfly algorithm which was easy to fall into the local extremum,the simulated annealing idea was used to improve the standard dragonfly algorithm individual update steps,expand the optimization range and enhance the ability to jump out of the local extremum. Finally,the simulation test of the production enterprise data was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improved dragonfly algorithm in solving this problem.
