摘要
血液循环系统里有一种类似于经济学术语"罗宾汉效应"的"劫富济贫"或者"劫贫济富"的现象——"盗血"综合征。盗血现象背后蕴含着科学的生物力学机理。本文介绍了盗血现象的确切含义及其生物力学机理,可以启发读者从生物力学的角度来解释医学问题中的科学道理。
A phenomenon of"robbing the rich and helping the poor"or"robbing the poor and helping the rich"can be found in the blood circulatory system—the"vascular steal"syndrome,similar to an economic phenomenon:the"Robin Hood effect".There is a scientific biomechanical mechanism in the"vascular steal"phenomenon.This paper gives an exact definition of the vascular steal and its biomechanical mechanism,to help understanding the scientific mechanisms of medical problems from the viewpoint of biomechanics.
