摘要
柴胡是我国传统中药,其正品为伞形科植物柴胡或狭叶柴胡的干燥根。由于柴胡广泛的药理活性及临床应用范围,使得关于柴胡及其有效成分的研究受到广泛重视。柴胡皂苷a是从柴胡中分离得到的具有多种药理活性的天然化合物,在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗癫痫、保肝护肝等方面均展现出良好的应用前景。基于CNKI与ISI Web of Knowledge数据库查找及追溯了近年来关于柴胡皂苷a的最新研究文献报道,归纳总结了其药理学研究进展,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。
Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix),a traditional Chinese herb, is the dried root of Chaihu (Bupleurum chinense DC. or Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.). The research on Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and its bioactive compounds have been receiving garnered plenty of attention, for a wide range of pharmacological and clinical applications. Saikosaponin a, isolated from Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), is a kind of natural compounds with many pharmacological activities. There were reports of saikosaponin a about anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-epilepsy, liver protection and so on. Based on CNKI and ISI Web of knowledge database, this paper searched and traced the latest literature on pharmacology of saikosaponin a and made a summary, in order to provide reference for researchers.
