摘要
镉可致大白鼠贫血,并可诱发肺癌。镉对心血管系统的影响可使血压升高。然而,镉对心脏本身的影响目前报道很少。Nilius等人报告在心室肌细胞中存在着一种允许Ca^(2+)通过的Ca^(2+)通道。有人报道Ca^(2+)通道可被外界镉所阻断。为了进一步证实镉对心肌的影响,本研究从细胞水平探讨镉对Ca^(2+)的影响,为人们认识及防治镉对心脏的毒性提供一些依据。
The effects of cadmium (CdCl2) on action potential and contractile force (Fc) of left auricle of isolated quinea pig and sinus node cells of rabbit were studied using microelectrode methods. The results showed that CdCl2 of 2℃10(-5)mol/L could produce a negative chronotropic effect and a decrease in APD(50) and APC(90) on guinea pig left auricle while CdCl2 of 1℃10(-4) to 5℃10(-4)mol/L had inhibition effects not only on APD(50) and APD(90) but also on APA, V(max) and Fc. For rabbit sinus node cells, the decreases in APA, V(max), APD(50), APD(90) and SP4 and an increase in SCL were observed. The results of paired stimulus experiment indicated that the functional refractory period (FRP) of rabbit left atria was increased by cadmium. All the results obtained suggested that CdCl2 may act as a calcium antagonist of the heart of the animals.
