摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的应用价值。方法在本院范围内,以2018年1月—2020年3月为时间节点,选取以乳腺肿块就诊的130例女性患者,共有病灶156个,术前分别开展常规超声与超声弹性成像检查,对比两者诊断乳腺癌良恶性肿瘤的特异度与灵敏度。结果超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤良恶性进行诊断的特异度(93.07%)、灵敏度(96.36%)较之常规超声(87.13%、89.09%),灵敏度更高(P < 0.05),特异度差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 采用超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤良恶性进行诊断,较之传统超声,价值更高。
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods Within the scope of our hospital,from January 2018 to March 2020 as a time node,130 female patients with breast masses were selected for a total of 156 lesions.Before surgery,conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were carried out respectively.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis were compared.Results Compared with conventional ultrasound(87.13%,89.09%),the sensitivity(96.36%)of ultrasound elastography in diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors was higher(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in specificity(93.07%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors by ultrasound elastography is more valuable than traditional ultrasound.
