新一代载人飞船返回舱着陆缓冲过程仿真研究 被引量:8

Numerical Simulation Studies of the Cushion Process for the New Generation of Manned Spacecraft Re-entry Capsule

摘要 为了研究新一代载人飞船返回舱采用的组合式气囊的缓冲特性,文章采用控制体积法建立组合式气囊系统的有限元模型,运用显式有限元方法模拟返回舱着陆缓冲过程,通过返回舱–气囊系统跌落试验结果与仿真计算结果的对比,验证该有限元模型的可信性。结果表明,文章采用的方法可以有效模拟返回舱–气囊系统的缓冲过程,组合式气囊能够对返回舱起到较好的缓冲作用,有效降低了返回舱硬着陆的可能性。研究结果可为新型缓冲气囊系统的设计和改进优化提供理论及技术参考。 In order to research the cushion characteristics of combined airbags for the new generation of manned spacecraft re-entry capsule,the finite element model of combined airbags is established based on control volume method.The cushion process of re-entry capsule is numerically simulated by explicit finite element method.The validity of finite element model is verified by comparing the drop test results of re-entry capsule and airbags system and simulation results.The results show that the method used in the paper could effectively simulate the cushion process of re-entry capsule and airbags system,and the combined airbags could make good cushioning effect on re-entry capsule,which could reduce the chance of hard landing.The research results could provide theories and technical means for the rebuilding and optimizing of the new cushion airbags.
