摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取盐城市第一人民医院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的冠心病患者50例,按照数字抽签法分为对照组(n=25)与试验组(n=25)。对照组予以阿托伐他汀治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以曲美他嗪治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、血清炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)],并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组LVEF、LVESD以及LVEDD比较,差异无统计学学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected from March 2018 to March 2020 in Yancheng First People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group(n=25) and experimental group(n=25) according to the method of digital lottery.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the experimental group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD),serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the experimental group of LVEF was higher than control group,while LVESD and LVEDD were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hsCRP,TNF-α and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine have an exact clinical effect for coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and with high safety.
