摘要
目的探讨球囊压迫联合缩宫素用于促宫颈成熟和引产的效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法选择2019年8月~2020年8月于东莞康华医院收治的88例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上联合球囊压迫引产。比较两组干预后的宫颈成熟度、临产时间、产程情况、引产结局及母婴结局。结果观察组的宫颈成熟度总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临产时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论球囊压迫联合缩宫素用于促宫颈成熟效果显著,可提升阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率,改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore the effect of balloon compression combined with oxytocin for cervical ripening and labor induction,and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 88 parturients who were admitted to Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was induced by Oxytocin,while the observation group was induced by balloon compression on the basis of the control group.The cervical maturity,labor time,labor process,induced labor outcome and maternal and infant outcome were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturity in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon compression combining with Oxytocin has a significant effect on cervical maturation,which can increasing the rate of vaginal delivery,reducing the rate of cesarean section,and improving the maternal and infant outcomes.
